  2. JPG, PNG or MP4 .

  3. Maximum 5 MB (photos)

  4. Maximum 12 MB (video)

  5. Video ( 3 min)

  1. Smile and look at the camera.

  2. Frame your head and shoulders.

  3. Your photos/videos are centered and upright.

  4. Use neutral lighting and background.

  5. Your face and eyes are fully visible (except for religious reasons)

  6. Avoid logos (in photos) and mentioning brands (in the video).

  7. You are the only person in the photos/video.

Photography for social networks and OEL sites (waist up)
