  • SERVICE DETAILS

    Includes 20 hours of group classes with a certified teacher available within the OEL platform and can be scheduled from Monday to Friday.

    The minimum duration of each session is 1 hour and the maximum duration is 3 hours (according to the availability of our teachers).

    The minimum number of students per group is 3 and the maximum is 7, so you must wait for the system notification to start group classes.

    This plan includes 2 tutoring units/modules (review, grading and asynchronous feedback on platform activities, 1 assessment, group class booking and technical support).

    This plan does NOT include extra hours or conversation classes, only the applicable discount.

  • RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

    Classes are considered taken upon entering a live session scheduled within the platform and/or after 10 minutes of tolerance have elapsed.

    By submitting/uploading your work and receiving evaluation on the platform, you will be using the tutoring service. Otherwise, in an extraordinary case, a full or partial refund will be considered.

    Failure to attend classes will result in a penalty being charged which will be paid to the teacher.

    Rescheduling of classes is only possible in case of advance notice.

    You can request a change of teacher by completing a teacher evaluation survey.

    This plan is hourly and the student must consider paying overtime in months where the hours taken exceed the plan.
